Senior Bank Documents means the Credit Agreement and any note, mortgage, security agreement, pledge agreement, guaranty or other agreement or instrument now or hereafter evidencing, securing or executed in connection with any Senior Bank Debt, and any credit agreement, note, mortgage, security agreement, pledge agreement, guaranty or other agreement or instrument hereafter executed in connection with any extension, renewal, refunding or refinancing thereof. 4.14 "Senior Debt" means (a) the Senior Bank Debt and (b) any other Debt, unless the instrument under which such Debt is incurred expressly provides that it is on a parity with or subordinated in right of payment to this Note.
