Subordinated Documents means, collectively, this Note, the Note Purchase Agreement and any and all other documents or instruments evidencing or guarantying, directly or indirectly, any of the Subordinated Debt, whether now existing or hereafter created.

• Notwithstanding any term of this Deed postponing, subordinating or preventing the payment of all or any part of the Subordinated Debt, the Subordinated Party shall, as between the Obligor and the Subordinated Party, be deemed to remain owing or due and payable (and interest, default interest or indemnity payments shall continue to accrue) in accordance with the Subordinated Documents.

Subordinated Documents means the present and future royalty agreements, promissory notes, unit notes, note indentures, royalty unit certificates, royalty certificates, royalty indentures, commitment letters, credit agreements, guarantees, certificates, instruments, notes, securities and all other agreements and other documents creating, evidencing, securing or otherwise relating to the Subordinated Obligations;

Subordinated Documents means the Subordinated Agreement, each Subordinated Security Document, each Subordinated Revolving Note, each guarantee of the Subordinated Obligations by any Loan Party and each other document from time to time evidencing, securing or entered into in connection with the Subordinated Obligations.

Subordinated Documents means collectively, the Subordinated Agreements and any and all other guaranties and security interests, mortgages and other liens directly or indirectly guarantying or securing any of the Subordinated Debt, and any and all other documents or instruments evidencing or further guarantying or securing directly or indirectly any of the Subordinated Debt, whether now existing or hereafter created, copies of which Subordinated Documents are attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Subordinated Documents means the Shareholder Debt Documents and the Intercompany Documents.

Subordinated Documents means any document pursuant to which the Borrower has incurred or may incur Financial Indebtedness to an Affiliate (except for any such document which is a Field Document) and any document designated as such by the Agent and the Borrower, acting reasonably.

Subordinated Documents means the Indenture, Amendment No. 1 to Collateral Maintenance Agreement, Amendment No. 1 to Reference Agency Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to Security Agreement.

Subordinated Documents means the Citadel Agreement and the Note (if and when executed) and all other promissory notes and other instruments, agreements and documents executed at any time pursuant to the Citadel Agreement or in connection therewith between SHC and Citadel, including all other Related Documents, and all amendments, modifications, supplements, extensions, renewals, restatements, refundings and refinancings affecting the Citadel Agreement and all such other notes, instruments, agreements and documents.
