Second Lien Notes Documents definition
Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes, the Second Lien Notes Indenture, the Second Lien Notes Security Documents and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Second Lien Notes or Second Lien Notes Indenture, as in effect on the Effective Date and as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Second Lien Notes Documents means the indentures under which the Second Lien Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Second Lien Notes or providing for any security, guarantee or other right in respect thereof.
Second Lien Notes Documents means (a) the Second-Lien Notes Indentures, the Second-Lien Notes, the Second-Lien Notes Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Second-Lien Notes Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

No director, officer, employee, incorporator or shareholder of the Company or any of their respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, as such, shall have any liability for any obligations of the Company under the Second Lien Notes Documents or for any claim based on, in respect of, or by reason of, such obligations or their creation.

Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes Indenture and all agreements and documents related to the Second Lien Notes Indenture and the Second Lien Notes.
Second Lien Notes Documents means, collectively, the Second Lien Notes Indenture and all other mortgages, security agreements, indentures, note purchase agreements, promissory notes, Guarantees, intercreditor agreements, assignment and assumption agreements and other instruments and agreements evidencing the terms of Second Lien Notes or the collateral therefor.
Second Lien Notes Documents means the 2025 Second Lien Notes Documents and the 2029 Second Lien Notes Documents.
Second Lien Notes Documents means, collectively, the Second Lien Indenture and each agreement, instrument or document executed by the Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary or any of their respective officers at any time in connection with the Second Lien Notes.
Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes Indenture, the Second Lien Notes, the Intercreditor Agreement and each security document or pledge agreement delivered in accordance with applicable local Law to grant a valid, perfected security interest in any property as collateral for the obligations in respect of the Second Lien Notes, and all UCC or other financing statements or instruments of perfection required by the Second Lien Notes Indenture or any other such security document or pledge agreement to be filed with respect to the security interests in property and fixtures created pursuant thereto.
Second Lien Notes Documents means the “Notes Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Note Purchase Agreement.
Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Indenture and the other Note Documents (as defined in the Second Lien Indenture), and any other document related to or evidencing the obligations thereunder.
