Credit Facility Agreement definition

Credit Facility Agreement means any agreement pursuant to which a Credit Facility Issuer issues a Credit Facility.

Credit Facility Agreement means the Credit Facility and Reimbursement Agreement dated as of June 1, 2003, between the Bond Bank and the Bank providing for the timely payment, when due, of a portion of the principal of and interest on the Notes, all subject to such conditions and under such terms as described in Article X of the Indenture.

Credit Facility Agreement means the reimbursement agreement, bond insurance agreement or similar agreement between the Issuer and any Credit Facility Provider.

More Definitions of Credit Facility Agreement

Credit Facility Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Credit Facility” in this Section 1.1.
