Second Lien Note Documents means the Second Lien Note Indenture, the Second Lien Notes, the Second Lien Security Documents and each other document, instrument or agreement relating to the issuance of the Second Lien Notes, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, waived and/or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, of this Agreement and of the Prepetition Intercreditor Agreement.

Second Lien Note Documents means the Second Lien Notes, the Second Lien Notes Indenture and the Second Lien Security Documents.

• Such escrow arrangement may include the use of an Unrestricted Subsidiary and will be structured in such a manner as to comply with the Existing ABL Agreement, the Existing Credit Agreement, the Existing Second Lien Note Documents, the Term Loan Credit Agreement and the First Lien Bridge Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Second Lien Note Documents

Second Lien Note Documents means each Second Lien Indenture, and any other note documents entered into in connection therewith, including, without limitation, the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement, any promissory notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, security agreements and instruments, guarantees, collateral or credit support documents, and any other agreements, instruments consents or certificates executed by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with, or as security for the payment or performance of, any Second Lien Notes, in each case, as the same may from time to time be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified to the extent permitted by Section 9.21.

Second Lien Note Documents means the Second Lien Loan Documents.

Second Lien Note Documents means the Second Lien Note Indenture and all related agreements and documents, including any collateral agreements, executed by any of the Debtors in connection with the Second Lien Note Indenture.

Second Lien Note Documents means the Second Lien Indenture, the Second Lien Note Collateral Documents, any Bank Products Agreements between any Second Lien Note Credit Party and any Second Lien Note Bank Products Provider, any Hedging Agreements between any Second Lien Note Credit Party and any Second Lien Note Hedging Provider, any Management Guarantee designated in respect of any Second Lien Note Collateral Document, and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, as of the date of this Agreement or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Second Lien Note Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the Second Lien Trustee or Second Lien Note Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.

Second Lien Note Documents means (i) those certain Second-Lien Convertible PIK Notes due 2019, dated as of the date hereof, by Borrower in favor of the purchasers party thereto and (ii) the “Securities Documents” as defined therein.
