Issue Date definition

Issue Date means the date on which the Notes are originally issued.
Issue Date means the Issue Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

Examples of Issue Date in a sentence

  • All Warrants issued on transfers or exchanges shall be dated the Issue Date of this Warrant and shall be identical with this Warrant except as to the number of Warrant Shares issuable pursuant thereto.

More Definitions of Issue Date

Issue Date means the date of initial issuance of the Securities pursuant to this Indenture.
