Seller's Facility. The premises and equipment of Seller located as specified in Section 1.2.
Seller's Facility or the "Facility": All real estate, fixtures and property owned, controlled, operated or managed by Seller in connection with, or to facilitate, the production, generation, transmission, delivery or furnishing of electricity by Seller to Company and required to interconnect with Company's System, except Seller's geothermal wellfield, pipelines, and other equipment located upstream from Seller's power plant.

  • In accordance with PUC Section 399.20(g), Seller conveys to PG&E all Resource Adequacy Benefits attributable to the physical generating capacity of Seller’s Facility to enable PG&E to count such capacity towards PG&E’s resource adequacy requirement for purposes of PUC Section 380.
