Global Services means Cendant Global Services B.V., its successors and assigns. Gross Room Revenues means gross revenues attributable to or payable for rentals of guest rooms at the Facility, including all credit transactions, whether or not collected, but excluding separate charges to guests for Food and Beverage, room service, telephone charges, key forfeitures and entertainment; vending machine receipts; and federal, state and local sales, occupancy and use taxes.

Global Services means the provision of Eligible Services outside Australia or to a customer located outside Australia.
