Seller Units definition

Seller Units is defined in the preamble hereof.
Seller Units shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.
Seller Units in the Operating Partnership, as defined and described in the Operating Partnership's Partnership Agreement.

Examples of Seller Units in a sentence

  • Seller has no current outstanding obligation to return to the Company all or any portion of any distribution previously received from the Company in respect of the Seller Units.

  • Seller need not give any notice to, make any filing with, or obtain any authorization, consent, or approval of any government or governmental agency in order to consummate the purchase and sale of the Seller Units (the “Transaction”).

More Definitions of Seller Units

Seller Units has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).
Seller Units means those Membership Units designated as Seller Units, as described in Section 3.01 hereof.

Seller Units means Seller Preferred Units and Seller Common Units.
Seller Units means the Class A Units, the Class B Units and the Class C Units.
Seller Units means all Common Units, Preferred Units and Convertible Securities of the Company owned as of the date hereof or hereafter acquired by an Investor, as adjusted for any unit splits, unit dividends, combinations, subdivisions, recapitalizations and the like.
