Purchased Units definition

Purchased Units means, with respect to a particular Purchaser, the number of Common Units set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name under the column titled “Purchased Units” set forth on Schedule A hereto.

Purchased Units has the meaning specified in Section 2.01.

Purchased Units means the number of Common Units equal to the quotient determined by dividing (a) the Purchase Price by (b) the Purchased Unit Price, rounded to the nearest whole Common Unit.

Examples of Purchased Units in a sentence

• No fees or commissions are or will be payable by such Purchaser to brokers, finders, or investment bankers with respect to the purchase of any of the Purchased Units or the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
