Purchased Units definition

Purchased Units has the meaning specified in Section 2.01.
Purchased Units means the number of Common Units equal to the quotient determined by dividing (a) the Purchase Price by (b) the Purchased Unit Price, rounded to the nearest whole Common Unit.
Purchased Units means with respect to each Purchaser, the number of Common Units as set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name on Schedule A hereto.
