Class A Units definition

Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.
Class A Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.
Class A Units means the Class A Units of the Company.

Examples of Class A Units in a sentence

  • LTIP Unitholders shall (a) have the same voting rights as the Class A Unitholders based on the designation of such LTIP Unit, with the LTIP Units voting as a single class with the Class A Units and having one vote per LTIP Unit; and (b) have the additional voting rights that are expressly set forth below.

  • In all cases, the conversion of any LTIP Units into Class A Units shall be subject to the conditions and procedures set forth in this Section 4.7.

More Definitions of Class A Units

Class A Units means the class of transferable, redeemable units of the Fund designated as the “Class A Units”.
