Class A Units definition

Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

Class A Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

• Subscriber is purchasing the Class A Units for Subscriber’s own account.

More Definitions of Class A Units

Class A Units means the Class A Units of the Company.

Class A Units means the Units having the privileges, preferences, and rights specified with respect to “Class A Units” in this Agreement, including those described in Section 7.1(c)(2).

Class A Units means the Units of limited liability company interest in the Company designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

Class A Units means the class of transferable, redeemable units of the Fund designated as the “Class A Units”.
