The Company shall not be obligated to accept redemption requests from Unit Holders if it deems that such redemption would adversely affect the Company’s financial condition or business operations The Company may redeem the Series A Preferred Units in whole or in part, at any time, in its own discretion by paying to the Series A Preferred Holders $10.00 per Unit as set forth in the schedule below, plus any accrued and unpaid Preferred Return through the date of redemption.
The Series A Preferred Unit Holders may, at their option, upon written notice to the Company request the Company to repurchase, in whole or in part, such Holders Series A Preferred Units.
