Third Tranche definition
Third Tranche means the uncommitted tranche of additional Notes Payable in an aggregate amount of up to $150.0 million, available until March 31, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions set forth in the Note Purchase Agreement.
Third Tranche means 106,500 of the Restricted Shares (of which 35,500 shall constitute Bonus Restricted Shares), for which the Performance Condition will be satisfied upon achievement of the Third Performance Hurdle; and
