In the event there are no Class A Common Units outstanding, the Class B Common Units shall represent 100% of the voting, consent, approval or similar rights of the Common Units, with the rights per unit determined without multiplication by 50%.
If a Partner exercises its Redemption Right with respect to Class C Common Units pursuant to this Section 8.6 and the Company elects to purchase directly and acquire the same, the Class C Common Units will, in the discretion of the General Partner following direction and approval of the Board of Directors, convert to Class A Common Units upon purchase and acquisition by the Company or at such time as the General Partner determines, following direction and approval of the Board of Directors.
