Seasonal Service definition

Seasonal Service means Firm Service (i) for the five (5) Month period of November 1 through March 31, (ii) for the seven (7) Month period of April 1 through October 31, or (iii) for any portion of (i) or (ii) excluding Daily Seasonal Service, pursuant to Toll Schedule Firm Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Firm Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Firm Delivery Service, as applicable, and under the terms of Shipper's Firm Transportation Service Agreement.

Seasonal Service means Firm Service for a period greater than one (1) Day, but less than one (1) Year, excluding Daily Seasonal Service, pursuant to Toll Schedule Firm Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Firm Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Firm Delivery Service, as applicable, and under the terms of Shipper's Firm Transportation Service Agreement.

Seasonal Service means service supplied to customers whose water needs are primarily seasonal or who require increased water service for equipment or processes operated only for part of the year.

More Definitions of Seasonal Service

Seasonal Service means all services supplied to single-family dwelling units for domestic purposes and are seasonal/intermittently-occupied. A Seasonal service could be anything from a service on a pole to a ski chalet, or a modern house being used as a cottage.

Seasonal Service means water service provided to a Customer during a limited portion of the calendar year with the expectation that service will be temporarily discontinued and then reactivated the following season.
