Published Schedule definition

Published Schedule means the schedule, for each Designated Ferry Route, as located on the BC Ferries internet web-site.
Published Schedule means the schedule printed and distributed to the general public, as that schedule may be adjusted on a seasonal basis or for other reasons, provided the schedule shall change no more than four times in any calendar year. The Town of Yarmouth and the Town of Chebeague Island shall maintain copies of the published ferry schedule to monitor compliance with this Agreement, which copies shall be updated by Chebeague Transportation Company prior to the effective date of any change. Annually, and upon such other reasonable times as may be requested the Town of Chebeague Island shall submit a list of actual trips and passenger counts to the Yarmouth Town Manager.
