Restricted Global. SECURITY TO PERMANENT REGULATION S GLOBAL SECURITY. If the holder of a beneficial interest in the Restricted Global Security wishes at any time after the expiration of the Restricted Period to transfer such interest to a Person who wishes to take delivery thereof in the form of a beneficial interest in the Permanent Regulation S Global Security, such transfer may be effected, subject to the Applicable Procedures, only in accordance with this paragraph (i). Beneficial interests in the Restricted Global Security may not be transferred to the Permanent Regulation S Global Security prior to expiration of the Restricted Period.
Restricted Global. Instrument Certificate" means, in relation to any series, a restricted global instrument certificate representing the Instruments of such series to be issued pursuant to Clause 3.10 in the form or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Restricted Global Instrument Certificate) and bearing the Rule 144A Legend and any legends required by DTC.
