restricted goods definition

restricted goods means any goods the importation, exportation, transfer, or carriage coastwise, of which is prohibited, save in accordance with any conditions regulating such importation, exportation, transfer, or carriage coastwise, and any goods the importation, exportation, transfer, or carriage coastwise, of which is in any way regulated by or under the Customs laws;
restricted goods means the goods, software and technology specified in Schedule 2 to the Export Control Order 2008(a) and, in so far as they are not covered in that Schedule, the goods, software and technology specified in the Common Military List of the European Union(b);
restricted goods means the goods specified in Part III of Schedule 1 to the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994(a);
