Restricted Geographic Area definition

Restricted Geographic Area means the territory in which, during the twenty-four (24) months prior to the Last Day, Participant: (a) provided services on behalf of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries (or in which Participant supervised the servicing activities), and/or (b) solicited Customers or otherwise sold products or services on behalf of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries (or in which Participant supervised the solicitation or servicing activities related to such Customers). “
Restricted Geographic Area is defined as all countries, territories, parishes, municipalities and states in which Company is doing business or is selling its products at the time of termination of Employee’s employment with Company, including but not limited to every parish and municipality in the state of Louisiana. Employee acknowledges that this geographic scope is reasonable given Employee's position with Company, the international scope of Company's business; and the fact that Employee could compete with Company from anywhere Company does business.
Restricted Geographic Area means: (a) the United States of America, including, but not limited to, each State in which the Company operates a retail store; (b) Puerto Rico; and (c) any other state, country, province or territory in which the Company operates a retail store as of the date of termination of Your employment.

  • Employee will not provide, sell, market, assist in the provision, selling or marketing of, or attempt to provide, sell or market any Competing Products to any of Company’s Customers located in the Restricted Geographic Area or otherwise solicit or communicate with any of Company’s Customers located in the Restricted Geographic Area for the purpose of selling, marketing or providing, assisting in the provision, selling or marketing of, or attempting to sell, market or provide any Competing Products.

  • During the Non-Competition Period, Employee agrees to be bound by each of the following independent and divisible restrictions: Employee will not, within the Restricted Geographic Area, be employed by, work for, consult with, provide services to, or lend assistance to any Competing Organization in a Prohibited Capacity.

  • Employee will not be employed by, work for, consult with, provide services to or lend assistance to any Customers or Active Prospects in the Restricted Geographic Area in a capacity or role that involves any Competing Products and is competitive with the business of Company.

  • Employee will not solicit, recruit, hire, employ, engage or retain, or assist any Competing Organization in the solicitation, recruitment, hiring, employment, engagement or retention of, any of Company’s distributors, sales representatives, or consultants located in the Restricted Geographic Area, for any competitive purpose.

Restricted Geographic Area is defined as all countries, states, parishes or counties, municipalities, and territories in which Company is doing business or is selling its products at the time of Employee’s separation from employment with Company, including but not limited to every parish and municipality in the state of Louisiana. Employee acknowledges that this geographic scope is reasonable given Employee’s position with Company, the international scope of Company’s business, and the fact that Employee could compete with Company from anywhere Company does business.
Restricted Geographic Area means and includes the following counties in Texas: Hidalgo, Starr, Cameron & Willacy. For purposes of this Agreement, the termCompetitive Business” means any business that is traditionally engaged in by a bank, a bank holding company or a financial holding company, or that provides products and services similar to and competitive with the products and services provided by the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee may make and retain investments equal to less than one percent of the equity of any entity engaged in a Competitive Business, if such equity is listed on a national securities exchange or regularly traded in a nationally-recognized over-the-counter market.

Restricted Geographic Area means and includes: (w) Vanderburgh County, Indiana;
Restricted Geographic Area means (i) each and every State of the United States of America in which the Company is manufacturing or selling any of its products or services at the time Executive's employment ends; and (ii) each and every country in which the Company is manufacturing or selling any of its products and services at the time Executive's employment ends. However, if the Competitor has separate divisions, business units or segments, some of which are not competitive with the business of the Company, nothing herein shall prohibit Executive from being employed by or working for only that segment of the business that is not competitive with the business of the Company, provided Executive's work does not involve any products or services that compete with the Company's products and services;
