Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

Class A-2 Note means a Class A-2 [●]% Asset Backed Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit E.

Class A-2 Note means any of the 4.800% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture.

Examples of Class A-2 Note in a sentence

No service charge will be charged for any registration of transfer or exchange of this Class A-2 Note, but the transferor may be required to pay a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any such registration of transfer or exchange.

More Definitions of Class A-2 Note

Class A-2 Note means any Class A-2 Note in the form attached to the Indenture as Exhibit C.

Class A-2 Note. Any Note designated as a "Class A-2 Note" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture. The Class A-2 Notes shall be issued with an initial aggregate Note Principal Balance equal to the Original Note Principal Balance therefor.

Class A-2 Note means a Class A-2 Note issued pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 thereto.

Class A-2 Note means a promissory note executed on behalf of the Trust and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2.

Class A-2 Note means any one of the 2.65% Long Beach Acceptance Auto Receivables Trust 2004-B, Class A-2 Notes, executed by the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2 attached to the Indenture.
