Unrestricted Global Note definition

Unrestricted Global Note means a Global Note that does not bear and is not required to bear the Private Placement Legend.

Unrestricted Global Note means a permanent Global Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, that bears the Global Note Legend and that has the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto, and that is deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary, representing Notes that do not bear the Private Placement Legend.

Unrestricted Global Note means a permanent global Note substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto that bears the Global Note Legend and that has the "Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note" attached thereto, and that is deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary, representing a series of Notes that do not bear the Private Placement Legend.

Examples of Unrestricted Global Note in a sentence

• Beneficial interests in any Unrestricted Global Note may be transferred to Persons who take delivery thereof in the form of a beneficial interest in an Unrestricted Global Note.

• Upon the transfer or replacement of a Global Note (or beneficial interest therein) not bearing a Restricted Securities Legend (an “ Unrestricted Global Note”), the Trustee shall deliver an Unrestricted Global Note (or beneficial interest therein) and upon the transfer or replacement of a definitive Note not bearing a Restricted Securities Legend (an “Unrestricted Definitive Note”), the Trustee shall deliver an Unrestricted Definitive Note.
