Agent Member definition

Agent Member means a member of, or a participant in, the Depositary.
Agent Member means any member of, or participant in, the Depositary.
Agent Member of any Person shall mean such Person's agent member of the Securities Depository that will act on behalf of a Bidder.

Agent Member means a member of or participant in the Securities Depository that will act on behalf of a Bidder.
