Restricted Global Certificate definition

Restricted Global Certificate. Has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(c).
Restricted Global Certificate means a permanent registered global certificate which will initially represent Registered Notes issued by Rabobank Nederland which are sold in the United States to qualified institutional buyers within the meaning of Rule 144A under the United States Securities Act of 1933 (the ‘Securities Act’).
Restricted Global Certificate means a Global Certificate representing Notes sold in the United States to QIBs;

More Definitions of Restricted Global Certificate

Restricted Global Certificate means the restricted Global Certificate in or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Trust Deed.
