Class A-3 Note means any of the 1.34% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class A-3 Note means a Class A-3 [●]% Asset Backed Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

Class A-3 Note means any Class A-3 Note in the form attached to the Indenture as Exhibit D.

Examples of Class A-3 Note in a sentence

No service charge will be charged for any registration of transfer or exchange of this Class A-3 Note, but the transferor may be required to pay a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any such registration of transfer or exchange.
Such checks shall be mailed to the Person entitled thereto at the address of such Person as it appears on the Note Register as of such Record Date without requiring that this Class A-3 Note be submitted for notation of payment.

More Definitions of Class A-3 Note

Class A-3 Note means a promissory note executed on behalf of the Trust and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-3.

Class A-3 Note shall have the meaning specified in the Indenture.

Class A-3 Note means any Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, designated therein as a Class A-3 5.57% Asset Backed Note.

Class A-3 Note means any of the Floating Rate Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture.

Class A-3 Note means any one of the 4.406% Long Beach Acceptance Auto Receivables Trust 2005-B, Class A-3 Notes, executed by the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-3 attached to the Indenture.

Class A-3 Note. Any Note designated as a "Class A-3 Note" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture. The Class A-3 Notes shall be issued with an initial aggregate Note Principal Balance equal to the Original Note Principal Balance therefor.
