Prohibited Area definition

Prohibited Area means an airspace of defined dimensions, above the land areas or territorial waters of a State, within which the flight of aircraft is prohibited;
Prohibited Area means North America, South America and the European Union, which Prohibited Area the parties have agreed to as a result of the fact that those are the geographic areas in which the members of the Parent Group conduct a preponderance of their business and in which the Executive provides substantive services to the benefit of the Parent Group.
Prohibited Area means a place where it is unlawful to discharge a firearm.

  • Without the prior written consent of the Board (which may be withheld in the Board’s sole discretion), so long as the Executive is an employee of the Company or any other member of the Parent Group and for a twelve-month period thereafter, the Executive agrees that he shall not anywhere in the Prohibited Area, for his own account or the benefit of any other, engage or participate in or assist or otherwise be connected with a Competing Business.

More Definitions of Prohibited Area

Prohibited Area means an airspace of defined dimensions which is declared by the Chief Executive as an area above any land or territorial waters of Singapore within which the flight of aircraft is prohibited and is notified as such in the Aeronautical Information Publication or Notice to Airmen;
Prohibited Area means an area established as such by the Minister and specified in a notice published pursuant to section 16;
Prohibited Area means worldwide, which Prohibited Area the parties have agreed to as a result of the fact that those are the geographic areas in which the Company Group conducts a preponderance of their business and in which the Executive provides substantive services to the Company Group expand during the Term.
