Leased Area definition

Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof; [“mineral lease”] 4
Leased Area means the specified area within the Project Site for commercial development as detailed in the Schedule A given on lease by DMRC to the Lessee under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Leased Space(s) is demarcated in the plan placed in Annexure 6 of the RFP.

More Definitions of Leased Area

Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof;

Tenant’s failure to deliver such notice to Landlord within such three (3) business day period shall constitute Tenant’s waiver of its right to terminate the Lease pursuant to this paragraph. In addition, before the Possession Date, Xxxxxxxx’s architect shall reasonably remeasure the Rentable Area of the First Floor Portion (the “Remeasurement”). If such Remeasurement discloses that the Rentable Area of the First Floor Portion is less than or greater than 15,947 square feet, then Landlord and Tenant shall execute an amendment to this Lease pursuant to which Landlord equitably adjusts the Rentable Area of the Premises, the Base Rent and the Tenant’s Percentage Share.
Leased Area means the lands described in Attachment A hereto, as modified from time to time pursuant to this Lease.
