Released Revenues definition

Released Revenues means particular categories of Revenues which would otherwise be General Revenues but have been identified in accordance with Section 5.05 and therefore do not constitute a part of General Revenues, until the Authority has acted to include such categories of Revenues within General Revenues.
Released Revenues means revenues in respect of which the following have been filed as part of a Supplemental Ordinance:
Released Revenues means Revenues released from the grant of security for the Bonds under Section 6.3.

Examples of Released Revenues in a sentence

  • The amounts deposited shall be immediately allocated to the account within the Revenue Fund designated therefor: General Revenues other than Special Purpose Revenues and Released Revenues to the General Revenue Account; Released Revenues to the Released Revenue Account; and Special Purpose Revenues to the Special Purpose Revenue Account.

More Definitions of Released Revenues

Released Revenues means revenues (including any revenues, fees, income and receipts that would otherwise be considered to be Gross Revenues) which the Authority has determined to designate as Released Revenues in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.20 hereof.
Released Revenues means any Revenues in respect of which the Trustee has received the following: (i) a request from the City to exclude such Revenues from the pledge and lien of the Senior Lien Indenture; (ii) a Certificate of an Independent Airport Consultant, based upon reasonable assumptions, to the effect that Revenues, after Revenues covered by such request are excluded for each of the five full Fiscal Years following the Fiscal Year in which such certificate is delivered, will be sufficient to enable the City to satisfy the debt service coverage covenant described in the first paragraph under the subcaption "-Debt Service Coverage Covenants" below in each of those five Fiscal Years; (iii) an opinion of counsel to the effect that (a) the conditions to the release of such Revenues have been met, and (b) the exclusion of such Revenues from the pledge and lien of the Senior Lien Indenture will not, in and of itself, cause the interest on any outstanding Senior Lien Obligations to be included in gross income for purposes of federal income taxation; and (iv) written confirmation from each of the Rating Agencies to the effect that the exclusion of such Revenues from the pledge and lien of the Senior Lien Indenture will not cause a withdrawal or reduction in any unenhanced rating then assigned to any Senior Lien Obligations.
Released Revenues means Revenues of the Authority in respect of which the Trustee has received the following:
Released Revenues shall have the meaning set forth in Section 101 of the Indenture and generally means those items of revenues which would be included within the definition of Revenues of the Indenture but for the fact that any such items of revenue have been excluded from Revenues as a result of the NOAB complying with the procedures set forth in sub-parts (a) through (d) of the definition of Released Revenues which may be general summarized as the Trustee must have received: 1) a request from the NOAB for exclusion, 2) an Aviation Consultant’s report that after taking into account the requested exclusions the remaining Revenues will be sufficient to enable to the Board to satisfy the coverage requirements for the next succeeding five (5) Fiscal Years, 3) an opinion of bond counsel that the exclusion will not effect the exclusion of interest on Tax-exempt Bonds and 4) a rating agency letter confirming the then current un-enhanced ratings on the NOAB’s Bonds.

  • Gross Revenues means all amounts actually collected as rents or other charges for the use and occupancy of the Properties, but shall exclude interest and other investment income of Owner and proceeds received by Owner for a sale, exchange, condemnation, eminent domain taking, casualty or other disposition of assets of Owner.
