Supplemental Ordinance definition

Supplemental Ordinance means any ordinance by the County providing for the issuance of Bonds and any ordinance enacted by the Council pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of Article IX hereof amending or supplementing the provisions of this Ordinance.

More Definitions of Supplemental Ordinance

Supplemental Ordinance or “this Ordinance” means this ordinance as hereafter amended or supplemented.
