Consolidated Revenue definition

Consolidated Revenue means for any period the total revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries, determined in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Revenue means, with reference to any period, the revenue of the Company and its Subsidiaries for such period calculated on a consolidated basis.

Consolidated Revenue means, for any period, the consolidated revenues of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries for such period, determined in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Revenue means the line item captioned “net revenue” in the Borrower’s financial statements included in the Borrower’s most recently filed Form 10-K or 10-Q, as applicable.
Consolidated Revenue means, for any period, all revenue received by any member of the Borrower Group that would, in conformity with GAAP, be included on the consolidated income statement of the Borrower Group as revenue for such period.
