Consolidated Revenue definition

Consolidated Revenue means, for any period, the revenues of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such period, determined in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Revenue means for any period the total revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries, determined in accordance with GAAP.
