Senior Lien Obligations definition

Senior Lien Obligations means all revenue bonds and other obligations of the RECIPIENT outstanding on the date of execution of this loan agreement (or subsequently issued on a parity therewith, including refunding obligations) or issued after the date of execution of this loan agreement having a claim or lien on the Gross Revenue of the Utility prior and superior to the claim or lien of the loan, subject only to Maintenance and Operation Expense.
Senior Lien Obligations means all revenue bonds and other obligations of the RECIPIENT outstanding on the date of execution of this loan agreement (or subsequently issued on a parity therewith, including refunding obligations) or issued after the date of execution of this loan agreement having a claim or lien on the Gross Revenue of the Utility prior and superior to the claim or lien of the loan, subject only to Maintenance and Operation Expense. “State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (Revolving Fund)” means the water pollution control revolving fund established by Chapter 90.50A.020 RCW.
Senior Lien Obligations means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Obligations and (ii) each Series of Additional Senior Lien Obligations.

Senior Lien Obligations means any Purchase Money Obligation secured by a Purchase Money Lien that is a Senior Lien and any other indebtedness of the Company for borrowed money secured by a Senior Lien.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the aggregate principal amount of loans outstanding under the Senior Lien Credit Agreements is in excess of the Maximum Senior Lien Amount, then only that portion of such principal amount equal to the Maximum Senior Lien Amount shall be included in “Senior Lien Obligations”.
Senior Lien Obligations means Indebtedness which subordinates or has the effect of subordinating (in each case, whether contractually, structurally or otherwise) (1) the Liens securing the Note Obligations or any portion of the Note Obligations or (2) the Note Obligations or any portion of the Note Obligations in right of payment, in each case, to such Indebtedness; provided that in each case, any such Senior Lien Obligation Incurred, directly or indirectly, by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries:
Senior Lien Obligations means all indebtedness, obligations for borrowed money or other obligations of the Issuer other than Senior Lien Bonds that has a lien upon the Revenues that is on a parity with that of the Senior Lien Bonds and that is senior to that of the Loan Debt Service, any other Subordinate Obligations, and any Junior Obligations, including any Interest Rate Swap Agreement (excluding fees and expenses thereon and Swap Termination Payments, which shall be secured as Junior Obligations) entered into in connection with a Series of Senior Lien Bonds, in each case incurred in accordance with Section 4.05, and in each case having a lien and charge upon the Revenues and therefore being payable on a parity with the Senior Lien Bonds.
Senior Lien Obligations means the “Senior Obligations” as defined in the First Lien/Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement.
Senior Lien Obligations means warrants or other debt obligations that are payable pursuant to the priority established by Section 9.2(a)(1) whether issued under this Indenture or pursuant to a Supplemental Indenture.
