Airport Consultant definition

Airport Consultant means Leigh Fisher Associates or any other individual or firm employed by the City pursuant to Section 711 hereof.

Airport Consultant means a firm or firms of national recognition with knowledge and experience in the field of advising the management of airports as to the planning, development, operation and management of airports and aviation facilities, selected and employed by the Commission from time to time.

Airport Consultant means any recognized airport consultant or firm of airport consultants having a national repute for skill and experience in the field of planning the development, operation and management of airports and aviation facilities similar to the Airport and retained by the Issuer from time to time, to perform and carry out the duties imposed on said Airport Consultant by the Bond Resolution.

Airport Consultant means an independent airport consultant or engineer or architect or firm of airport consultants or engineers or architects of favorable repute and having national recognition or experience in relation to the operation and maintenance of civil airports and other civil aviation facilities (including rental car facilities), the recommending of schedules of rentals and other charges for the use of the services and facilities of civil airports and other civil aviation facilities (including rental car facilities) and the estimating of revenues to be derived from the operation of civil airports and other civil aviation facilities (including rental car facilities), as may be employed by the Port from time to time to perform the duties of the Airport Consultant set forth in this Ordinance.

Airport Consultant means, as the context may require as determined by the Authority, (a) the airport consultant or firm of airport consultants retained by the Authority to perform and carry out the duties imposed on said Airport Consultant by this Trust Agreement and meeting the requirements of Section 7.05; (b) the insurance consultant or firm of insurance consultants of favorable repute and having national recognition, experience and expertise retained by the Authority to analyze insurance companies and insurance coverages of the type contemplated in Section 7.06; or (c) the engineer or engineers at the time employed by the Authority under the provisions of this Trust Agreement to perform and carry out the duties imposed on said Airport Consultants by this Trust Agreement and meeting the requirements set forth in Section 7.05.

Airport Consultant means a nationally recognized independent firm, person or corporation having a widely known and favorable reputation for special skill, knowledge and experience in methods of development, operation and financing of airports of approximately the same size as the properties constituting the Airport System, chosen by the City and qualified to review and assess the anticipated Revenues and recommend to the City the amount of the Customer Facility Charge.
