Real Estate Agreements definition

Real Estate Agreements means all subleases, releases, assignments, consents and agreements relating to the division of real property and interests therein between members of the NDC Group and members of the Global Payments Group entered into at or prior to the Effective Time, in each case as amended from time to time.

Real Estate Agreements means the Ala Moana Condominium Declaration, the Ala Moana Development Agreement, the Arizona 2 Promissory Note, the Columbia Development Agreement and the Fashion Show Core Principles.

Real Estate Agreements means all deeds, subleases, releases, assignments, consents and agreements (including without limitation the Agreement Regarding Leases) relating to the conveyance to Certegy of the Real Estate Assets and the division of real property and interests therein between members of the Equifax Group and members of the Certegy Group entered into as of or prior to the Distribution Date, in each case as amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Real Estate Agreements

Real Estate Agreements means the leases, sub-leases or license agreements between the relevant Sellers, on the one hand, and the Purchaser and/or any Designated Purchasers, on the other hand, to be executed on or prior to the Closing, in accordance with and as provided by the Real Estate Agreements Term Sheet.

Real Estate Agreements mean those (x) subleases between a member of the Leidos Group and New SAIC, (y) assignment and assumption agreements between the landlord, a member of the Leidos Group and New SAIC (whether or not entered into as of the date hereof) and (z) licenses between a member of the Leidos Group and New SAIC), in each case as set forth on Schedule 1.1(67).
