Real Property Lease definition

Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).
Real Property Lease means a lease, sublease, license, concession and other agreement (written or oral), including all amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties and other agreements with respect thereto, pursuant to which a Person holds any Leased Real Property, including the right to all security deposits and other amounts and instruments deposited by or on behalf of such Person thereunder.
Real Property Lease shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.11(a) hereof.

Examples of Real Property Lease in a sentence

  • There is no material breach or default by any Group Company or, to the Company’s knowledge, any third party under any Real Property Lease, and, to the Company’s knowledge, no event has occurred which (with or without notice or lapse of time or both) would constitute a material breach or default or would permit termination of, or a material modification of or acceleration of rent under any Real Property Lease.

  • No Group Company has leased, subleased, licensed or granted occupancy rights in any parcel or any portion of any parcel of Leased Real Property to any other Person and no other Person has any rights to the use, occupancy or enjoyment thereof pursuant to any lease, sublease, license, occupancy or other agreement, nor has a Group Company assigned its interest under any Real Property Lease to any third party, in each case, in any material respects.

  • As of the date of this Agreement, the Company has not received written notice of (a) default, or intention to terminate or not renew, any Real Property Lease or (b) any eminent domain, condemnation or similar proceeding pending or threatened, against all or any portion of any Leased Real Property.

  • Each Real Property Lease is in full force and effect and is a valid, legal and binding obligation of the applicable Group Company party thereto, enforceable in accordance with its terms against such Group Company and, to the Company’s knowledge, each other party thereto (subject to the Enforceability Exceptions).

  • The Group Companies have not received any written notice of any violation of Laws with respect to any Real Property Lease or any Real Property.


More Definitions of Real Property Lease

Real Property Lease means any lease, rental agreement or rights to use land pertaining to the occupancy of any improved space on any Land.
