Real Property Lease definition

Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).
Real Property Lease shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.11(a) hereof.
Real Property Lease means (i) any long-term lease of land in which most of the rights and benefits comprising ownership of the land and the Improvements thereon or to be constructed thereon, if any, are transferred to the tenant for the term thereof or (ii) any lease or rental agreement pertaining to the occupancy of any improved space on any real property.

  • The Acquired Companies have not received any notice from, or given any notice to, any other party to a Real Property Lease alleging that the applicable Acquired Company or such other party, as the case may be, is in default under such Real Property Lease, and no party to any Real Property Lease has exercised or retains any termination rights with respect thereto.

More Definitions of Real Property Lease

Real Property Lease means all Contracts for real property leased, subleased, licensed or otherwise conveyed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, which shall solely consist of the UK Leases and the US Lease.
