Real Estate Asset definition

Real Estate Asset means, at any time of determination, any interest (fee, leasehold or otherwise) then owned by any Credit Party in any real property.
Real Estate Asset means, at any time of determination, all right, title and interest (fee, leasehold or otherwise) of any Loan Party in and to real property (including, but not limited to, land, improvements and fixtures thereon).
Real Estate Asset means, at any time of determination, any fee interest then owned by any Credit Party in any real property.

Upon a Capital Event Transaction with respect to any Real Estate Asset or upon Termination without Cause, all such Deferred Fees shall immediately become due and payable.
