Real Estate Leases definition

Real Estate Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d)(ii).

Real Estate Leases is defined in Section 3.7.

Real Estate Leases means, collectively, each lease, sublease, license and other agreement pursuant to which any Seller or Sold Company is granted the right to use or occupy, now or in the future, the Leased Real Property or any portion thereof, including any and all modifications, amendments and supplements thereto and any assignments thereof.
