Quality Assurance Plan definition

Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
Quality Assurance Plan means a plan approved by the board for ongoing monitoring, measuring, evaluating, and, if necessary, improving the performance of a pharmacy function or system.
Quality Assurance Plan means that plan referred to in Clause 5.9.3 [Quality Assurance Plan].

Quality Assurance Plan has the meaning set out in Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];
