Diagnostic radiology facility definition

Diagnostic radiology facility means any facility in which an x-ray sys- tem(s) is used in any procedure that in- volves irradiation of any part of the human body for the purpose of diag- nosis or visualization. Offices of indi- vidual physicians, dentists, podiatrists, and chiropractors, as well as mobile laboratories, clinics, and hospitals are all examples of diagnostic radiology fa- cilities.
