Defective Equipment definition

Defective Equipment means any absence, disconnection, or malfunctioning of a Stage II vapor recovery system component required by this article including, but not limited to, the following:
Defective Equipment means Equipment that do not comply with the Lessor’s warranties in Clause 6 of the Agreement and/or any defects, inherent defects, breakdowns, mechanical breakdowns, technical defects, inoperability of the Equipment as and when informed by the Lessee;
Defective Equipment has the meaning given in Clause 31.7.2.

More Definitions of Defective Equipment

Defective Equipment means any Equipment that is unsafe or suffers from any design or manufacturing defect which could reasonably be expected to make it unsafe or not of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose or in accordance with its description.
