Project Content. The Subrecipient shall complete the following objective(s) in a manner acceptable to the City, in accordance with the schedule, budget and conditions detailed herein. The City reserves the right to revise or otherwise alter established objective(s) and criteria during the program year in an effort to allow for meaningful project measurement and evaluation which will directly impact future funding recommendations. Goal: The ESG program provides funding to help operate emergency shelters for 550 homeless individuals and families and/or to provide essential services to shelter residents. Objectives: Improve quality of daily living conditions during periods of homelessness, enhance day to day living by improving nutrition and hygiene, provide low barrier access to on-site partner services to improve health and reduce barriers to self-sufficiency Annual Outcome Measurements:  Total number of program participants: 550 anticipated  At least 25% of participants will have a mental health condition at program entry  At least 25% of participants will have a substance use condition at program entry Project Administration: The Subrecipient executive director will supervise operations and administration on a day-to-day basis.
Project Content means all information and audio and visual materials provided or made available by Customer to Moovweb in connection with implementation of a Project or deploying a Project on the Moovweb Cloud, including without limitation, any images, graphics, photos, digital media, brand features, logos, trademarks, service marks, written text, copy or similar materials.

Said individuals will be symptomatic to the extent to warrant a COVID-19 test and isolation for a period of four days or until notification of test results is provided by the Sedgwick County Health Department. The program will provide funding for a 14-day hotel/motel stay for individuals testing positive for COVID-19, as determined by the Sedgwick County Health Department and in need of isolation/quarantine for a period of 14 days. (The subrecipient must obtain prior approval from City staff for any stays to exceed 14 days.) Objectives: Provide assistance to an estimated 318 individuals Annual Outcome Measurements: • Total number of program participants: 318 Project Administration: The Subrecipient will supervise operations and administration on a day-to-day basis.
Project Content means all computer files, text, graphics, images, video, information, data, and other materials or content that you or any of your Users upload, store, or transmit to the ZRT Face Training Service service.
