Client Content definition

Client Content means content you, or any person(s) acting on your behalf or using your password or account, supplies to us, posts, or makes available for use in your Services.
Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.
Client Content means any material that is (i) published or entered into the Sprinklr Account by a User or (ii) published or intended to be published to the Connected Services for which Sprinklr has Connected Services Authorization, through the Sprinklr Account.

  • Client, and not Visual Labs, is entirely responsible for all Client Content that Client records, uploads, accesses, stores, streams, displays, redacts, or transmits through the Platform.

  • All right, title, and interest in and to the Client Content (including all related patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property and other ownership rights) are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of Client.

  • In order to cooperate with legitimate governmental requests, subpoenas or court orders, or to protect Visual Labs’ business and customers, Visual Labs may access and disclose any information Visual Labs considers necessary or appropriate, including Client’s usernames and passwords, IP address and traffic information, usage history, and Client Content, subject to all appropriate privacy laws.

  • Such actions may include removing Client Content, suspending Client’s access to the Platform and Services, terminating Client’s account, and/or reporting Client to law enforcement authorities.

Client Content means all materials, information, factual, promotional, or other advertising claims, photography, writings and other creative content provided by Client for use in the preparation of and/or incorporation in the Deliverables.
