Substance Use definition

Substance Use or “substance abuse,” means the use of any mood− altering substance in a manner that interferes with, or poses a risk of interfering with, an individual’s educational, vocational, health, behavioral, financial, legal, or social functioning.
Substance Use means the consumption or use of any substance for purposes other than for the treatment of sickness or injury as prescribed or administered by a person duly authorized by law to treat sick and injured human beings.
Substance Use means anytime someone consumes alcohol or other drugs.

  • Notify Substance Use Disorder (Xxxxxxxxx_Xxx_Xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx) so that assistance can be provided that ensures immediate admission to other appropriate services and proper coordination when appropriate.

  • Within ten (10) business days, Grantee will submit notice to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx and Substance Use Xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx of any change in the Grantee’s Contact Persons or Key Personnel.
