Program Year. PGY : The Resident shall be paid a flat stipend of Fiscal Amount Dollars and Cents ($Numeric Amount)* during the term of this Agreement. Payment shall be made in equal bi-weekly installments according to standard MMC payroll practices and policies and shall be subject to the customary withholdings of federal and state taxes, FICA, and any other withholdings required by law. *Current stipend schedule for PGY _.
Program Year. Refers to a full year of Program operations capable of delivering water. For example, “Program Year 10” refers to ten years after the Program becomes operational and capable of delivering water.
Program Year. Each year of the Program shall take place from January 1 through December 31 of that same calendar year (each such period, a “Program Year”).
