Program of Projects definition

Program of Projects means the annual summary of projects for transportation services to elderly and disabled persons recommended by the Department for receipt of federal Section 5310 funds and submitted by the Department to FTA for approval.
Program of Projects means a list of projects to be funded in a grant application submitted to FTA by a State. The program of projects (POP) lists the subrecipients and indicates whether they are private non-profit agencies or local governmental authorities, designates the areas served (including rural areas), and identifies any tribal entities.
