Planned Maintenance Outage means Long-term Planned Outages and any other planned curtailment or outage at one or more RMR Units at the Facility for purpose of performing maintenance on the RMR Units, as further described in Section 4.3.

Examples of Planned Maintenance Outage in a sentence

  • Planned Maintenance Outage duly informed by the BESSD to the off-taker with at least one month’s prior notice, subject to total no.

  • No less than seven days prior to the beginning of a Planned Maintenance Outage Port ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide PS with written notice that specifies the duration of the Planned Maintenance Outage and the amount of purchase obligation that is to be reduced.
