Associated Energy definition

Associated Energy means the Energy expressed in megawatt-hours (“MWh”) or kilowatt-hours (“KWh”), expressly associated with Capacity dispatched under this Agreement.
Associated Energy means the quantity of electrical energy, generally used by PJM to satisfy its load requirements, associated with the Available Capacity Amount
Associated Energy means power produced from the Facility in the form of electricity, measured in megawatt-hours, which is delivered by Seller to the T&D.

Examples of Associated Energy in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement imposes upon Utility the obligation to monitor, enforce, or declare an Event of Default with respect to the price of Unforced Capacity, or the price or amount of Associated Energy or Associated Ancillary Services, which Generator offers in or supplies to any PJM Market.

  • Title to and risk of loss related to the Associated Energy shall transfer to T&D at the Delivery Point.

  • Seller shall deliver Associated Energy to the ISO-NE control area or NMISA area.

  • Seller shall submit market transactions to ISO-NE that transfer to T&D the Contract Quantity of Associated Energy, with hourly quantities, delivery point, and other transaction characteristics that replicate the transactions submitted by Seller to ISO-NE.

  • In consideration for the transfer of the Contract Quantity of Capacity and the Contract Quantity of Associated Energy to the T&D hereunder, the T&D shall pay to Seller, each month during the Term hereof, the Capacity Sales Charge and Associated Energy Sales Charge for Capacity and/or Associated Energy actually provided by Seller under this Agreement.

Associated Energy means the Energy expressed in MWh or kWh dispatched under this Agreement.
Associated Energy means energy produced from the Capacity Resource.
Associated Energy means the MWhs of electric Energy generated by the Unit using the Firm Capacity, as specified in Section 3.1(a).
