Plan Administration definition

Plan Administration means the administrative personnel that shall provide administrative services to the Board and to the members of the Plan, including those relating to initial enrollment, ongoing assistance to members of the Plan, evaluation of vendors’ performance, periodic reporting to the Board, and other necessary administrative tasks.
Plan Administration activities shall mean activities that would meet the definition of payment (as defined in the Privacy Standards) or health care operations (as defined in the Privacy Standards), but do not include functions to modify, amend or terminate the Plan or solicit bids from prospective issuers. “Plan Administration” functions include quality assurance, claims processing, auditing, monitoring and management of carve-out plans, such as vision and dental. It does not include any employment- related functions or functions in connection with any other benefit or benefit plans.
Plan Administration means the individual appointed by the Board of Directors or its designated agent to act on behalf of the Plan.

Plan Administration means the Compensation Committee of the i2 Board of Directors.
