Administration Account definition

Administration Account. As defined in Section 7.02.

Administration Account means the account (account number 1002422076) of the Administrator maintained at the office of PNC at One PNC Plaza, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00000-0000, or such other account as may be so designated in writing by the Administrator to the Servicer.

• The Securities Administrator shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses to the extent provided in clause (i) above from the Securities Administration Account, provided, however, the Securities Administrator shall not be entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred in connection with the preparation of tax returns and other reports as required by Section 6.20 and this Section.

• The Master Servicer, at its option, may choose to make daily remittances from the Collection Account to the Securities Administrator for deposit into the Securities Administration Account.

Administration Account means the account from time to time designated in writing by the Administrator to the Seller and the Servicer.
