Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

Owned Properties shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(a) hereof.

Owned Properties means all Land owned by the Secured Companies from time to time, specifically including as at the date of this Agreement the Land described in Schedule 6.01(j) attached hereto.

The Company has delivered to Purchaser true, correct and complete copies of (i) all deeds, title reports and surveys for the Owned Properties and (ii) the Real Property Leases, together with all amendments, modifications or supplements, if any, thereto.
Duly authorized Events held on Town property which shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 177 – Parks and Pavilions and 214 – Town Owned Properties and Facilities of the Town Code respectively.

More Definitions of Owned Properties

Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

Owned Properties means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Company or in which the Company holds a security or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity) and, when required by the context, this term also includes the owner or operation of such property, but only with respect to such property.

Owned Properties means, collectively, (i) the land and premises owned by any Credit Party on the date of this Agreement which are listed on Schedule 5.1(k), and (ii) after the date of this Agreement the lands and premises notified to the Administrative Agent pursuant to each Compliance Certificate, but shall exclude lands and premises sold or otherwise disposed of as permitted in this Agreement from the date of such sale or disposition.

Owned Properties means, collectively, (i) the Mining Properties, and (ii) after the date of this Agreement, the additional lands and premises notified to the Lender pursuant to each Compliance Certificate.
