Examples of Owned Properties in a sentence
The buildings, plants, structures, vehicles, equipment, technology and communications hardware and other tangible personal property of the Corporation (including the Buildings and Fixtures located on the Owned Properties and Leased Properties) are structurally sound, in good operating condition and repair having regard to their use and age and are adequate and suitable for the uses to which they are being put.
None of the Owned Properties or the Buildings and Fixtures thereon, nor their use, operation or maintenance for the purpose of carrying on the Business, violates any restrictive covenant or any provision of any Law or encroaches on any property owned by any other Person.
All accounts for work and services performed or materials placed or furnished upon or in respect of the construction and completion of any of the buildings, improvements or other structures constructed on the Owned Properties have been fully paid, and no one is entitled to claim a lien under applicable Laws or other similar legislation for such work performed by or on behalf of the Corporation.
