Owned Real Property definition

Owned Real Property means all land, together with all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located thereon, and all easements and other rights and interests appurtenant thereto, owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Owned Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

Owned Real Property means all real property owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, together with all structures, facilities, fixtures, systems, improvements and items of property previously or hereafter located thereon, or attached or appurtenant thereto, and all easements, rights and appurtenances relating to the foregoing.
