Occupational Employee definition

Occupational Employee means any individual who is an "Employee" as defined under the terms of the AT&T PP or the Pension Plan to be established by Lucent pursuant to Section 2.3 that corresponds to the AT&T PP.
Occupational Employee means an Employee who is represented for collective bargaining purposes by a labor organization within the meaning of the Labor Management Relations Act.

More Definitions of Occupational Employee

Occupational Employee means (a) a non-management Non-Salaried Employee who is not covered by a collective bargaining agreement or (b) an Employee who is a member of a collective bargaining unit represented by a union that has agreed to participate in this Plan. Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision of this Plan, if an Occupational Employee is temporarily promoted to management Salaried position, such Employee shall remain an Occupational Employee during such period and shall continue to earn benefits under the Occupational Part during such period, irrespective of the length of such temporary promotion. In the case of Participants temporarily promoted prior to 2001, the preceding sentence shall only apply during the first twelve months of such temporary promotion; thereafter, the person shall become a Management Employee.
Occupational Employee means an Employee of a Participating Company who is not a Management Employee.
